Overview

Radical Life Ministries is a re-entry program that provides housing, resources and assistance to justice-involved individuals who may struggle with substance use disorder and/or who have co-occurring disorders as a result of trauma.

The goal of Radical Life Ministries is to foster a safe and nurturing environment for individuals in recovery for chemical addiction, and/or who were formerly incarcerated, with a curriculum of select classes that promote successful recovery, long term sobriety and re-entry back into the community.

Our focus is to restore lives, hope, and relationships after incarceration and addiction. Through the development of life skills, our program will give these individuals the support, skills, and accountability they need to live independently, foster healthy relationships, and maintain the employment and financial freedom needed to succeed in the community.

Restoration and Discipleship in Christ and Love: To restore the Mind Body and Soul of men and women through discipleship in Christ and Love. Teaching them how to become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ.

To provide a curriculum of classes inside the Montgomery County Jail for men and women who are within 6-12 months of their release date.

To work for, with and alongside the facilities staff to assist, support, and provide training, classes, resources, and information designed to reduce hostility within the facility, prepare inmates for re-entry and reduce recidivism.

Upon the successful completion of all classes and release from incarceration, program participants would transition into a 12-month Christ-centered aftercare program operated locally by Radical Life Ministries.
